特別セミナー2020文化を巡る政策最前線
各分野における専門家をお招きし、本学学生を対象に下記要領で特別セミナーを開催します。第73回は「新たな文化財：文化的景観を考える｜How to protect newly developed heritage Cultural Landscape」をテーマに、パリ第一大学名誉教授クサビエ・グレフ先生のお話をお伺いいたします。

■題 目 「新たな文化財：文化的景観を考える｜How to protect newly developed heritage Cultural Landscape」 ■内 容
文化的景観は、地域の自然と人々の生業によって形成され、近年文化遺産保護の対象となってきている。ユネスコの文化遺産リストにおいても文化的景観の登録が増えているが、我が国においても、2004年の文化財保護法の改正により新たに導入された「文化的景観」は、人々の生活とその土地の環境の相互作用によって形成されたものとして、土地の記憶であると同時に観光資源としても注目を浴びている。一方、多くの関係者があり、複雑な利害の調整が求められるものでもある。今回は、フランスより著名な研究者を招聘し、文化的景観をめぐるヨーロッパの経験を共有し、今後の方向性を議論する。
Cultural landscape, formed by the climate of a given region and people's lives or work, is recently introduced to heritage conservation system. UNESCO world heritage list gradually increase the number of cultural landscape sites. In Japan, cultural landscape has been protected since 2004.Cultural landscape is important heritage as a memory of the land and people's lives as well as assets for tourism promotion, but landscape protection requires coordination of many factors and stakeholders. Featuring an outstanding scholar from France, we will deepen the understanding of the scope of cultural landscape and background theory of protection of cultural landscape, and issues of actual implementation will be discussed.
